Accounts Administrator

A part-time accounts professional is sought to provide administrative support with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable data, maintaining accurate records and reconciliations.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies.
- Enter and reconcile invoices on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze credit card statements, resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist with general administration and other accounting tasks as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable, preferably in the residential building industry.
- Candidates with experience in individual roles such as AP or AR are also considered.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain solutions-driven.
- Part-time role with flexible hours, including potential school hours.
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.
