We are permanently seeking an experienced Accounts/Finance Administrator to join our team here in Perth.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Accountable for all administrative work relating to Housekeeping, Security, maintenance, stationery, dispatch, pantry, internet connectivity, telephone, mobile services & other vendors.
- Maintaining record of assets / inventory for laptop, handphones, monitors Desktop, Dongles, sim cards, printers, and office furniture etc.
- Liaising with suppliers for all repair works.
- Managing front desk, phone calls and data entry in D365 System related to Admin work.
- Ensure proper Document Control and generation.
- Coordinating all logístical support for all divisions.
- Tracking shipping quotes, bookings and ensuring entry to D365
- Drafting and receiving Purchase Orders in D365.
- Maintaining good housekeeping practices in all areas.
- Performs bookkeeping and bank deposits & reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
- Answers phone and in-person inquiries with regards to customer enquiries.
- Maintains bookkeeping files.
- Liaising with head office and remote finance teams on accounts payable, job costing, audit and other requirements.
- Provides support to country manager and sales team on monthly invoicing.
- Maintains and installs accounting software and file backup.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Active commitment to QHSSE, including compliance with QHSSE Policies, and supporting documentation contained within the IMS (Integrated Management System), as well as adhering to and reporting to management on all aspects of the QHSSE Management System.

The employee shall adhere to all company Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies, procedures, and work standards. The employee has the AUTHORITY to STOP WORK should an unsafe act or condition be observed to ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and to achieve a ZERO HARM working environment. There is an obligation on the employee to report such observations and interventions to the HSE Manager or Management

**Knowledge**
- Minimum 2-year diploma in a related field, with a second year accounting/payroll designation and minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Subsea industry advantageous.
- Must have an understanding of the Provincial and Federal bidding systems.
- The administrator should be highly organized and work well in fast-paced environments.
- Workable knowledge of Customs requirements and relevant document control
- His/her communication skills should be excellent, and they must be able to multitask.
- Reliability and attention to detail are important requirements.
- Proficient in MS packages and D365 systems.
- Basic analytical experience.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Data organization and storage knowledge.
- Impeccable telephone etiquette.
