Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our senior clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to provide clinical support to our clinicians.

The ideal candidate will be based at one of our four clinic locations: Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn, or Aspley. They will spend at least 2-3 days a week in clinic, traveling between locations to provide in-person support to our team members. Remote work options are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical capabilities through observations and standardized assessments
  • Interpret findings to develop tailored treatment goals for each client
  • Provide evidence-based interventions
  • Offer guidance on environmental adaptations, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Suggest the implementation of Assistive Technology to help clients overcome functional limitations and promote independence

About You
  • Significant experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably across diverse client populations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist
  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
