As the Transitional Care Program Manager at one of our aged care residences, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and coordinating staffing according to our model.
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with management/leadership experience in aged care. You must have current AHPRA registration, full Australian working rights, and national police clearance.
A key aspect of this role is leading by example and inspiring others to deliver high-quality care and customer service. Your strong management skills, people skills, and leadership capabilities will be essential in achieving this goal.
The successful candidate will be flexible, able to identify and manage clinical risk, and effectively manage conflict situations. If you're motivated by making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
