Aged Care Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to take on the role of Aged Care Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential aged care
- Solid understanding of aged care legislative frameworks, funding, and accreditation standards
- Proven leadership and people management skills
