We are an educational facility for children aged 0-6 years, operating Monday to Friday. Our centre provides a warm and nurturing environment for both children and staff.

The Role

Are you a skilled leader in childcare with expertise in the 0-3 age group? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Room Leader.

The ideal candidate will be mature, keen and enthusiastic, inspiring and leading other educators. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to provide initiative and achieve their goals with support and resources provided.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership credentials in the childcare industry
  • A degree in Early Childhood Teaching or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
  • A solid understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Knowledge of child protection and workplace OH&S legislation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
  • Administrative skills
