About Our Grounds Maintenance Role

We are seeking reliable and physically fit individuals to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance during our busy spring/summer season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Loading and unloading materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
About You

You will have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

You must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects, bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly regarded.

You will need to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be willing to obtain a white card and working with children check.

A valid driver's license is desirable.

As a team player, you will demonstrate maturity and ability to follow instructions.
