Join a Supply Chain Team as an Integration Manager

About the Role

This is a dynamic position for someone with expertise in supply chain operations. As an Integration Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of end-to-end supply chain procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using industry-standard technologies
  • Lead integration efforts to ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems, and technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals
  • Define and continuously update the architecture to support evolving business objectives
  • Monitor and minimize technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team and across the broader business
  • Plan and analyze capabilities to ensure the development and delivery of cost-effective, supportable products
  • Provide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve the supporting infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings, and safety
  • Offer engineering support for distribution centre operations, including inventory control, facility layout, flow optimization, and data analysis
  • Use logistics modeling tools to design efficient warehouse, transportation, and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operations
  • Participate in the implementation and integration of decision-support systems at logistics sites
  • Provide logistical technology support to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Manage transportation of raw materials and finished goods, vendor selection, negotiations, and inventory control
  • Develop logistics plans to improve the distribution of goods and supplies
About You

We are seeking an experienced leader within a DC environment with a support/operations background.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Strong Lean or Continuous improvement background
  • Exposure to systems (WMS, ERP, core platform)
  • High analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment
  • Strong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systems
  • Proven change and project management skills
  • Experience in DC diligence, with experience conducting projects desirable
  • Supply Chain tertiary qualifications highly desired
  • 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain role
