About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team at InfraBuild. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our business, while meeting daily planned targets and adhering to forecast schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and reliable operation on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and all policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety protocols and best practices.
  • Identify and reduce hazards through the application of the hierarchy of control.
  • Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly targets, while planning and organizing maintenance activities as required.
  • Ensure all people-related issues are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a scrap or manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of scrap metal desired.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience operating mobile plant and a current forklift license (desirable).
  • Computer literate, with experience in SAP and basic MS Office skills ideal.
