Montessori Educational Director

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Educational Leader to support our Montessori program. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement educational strategies that foster child development and provide a positive learning environment.
\This role is ideal for someone who has experience in educational leadership and is passionate about delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children.
\You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting colleagues, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging with families to ensure their child receives the best possible education.
\- Mentor and support educators to deliver exceptional educational outcomes\
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement centre policies\
- Support the implementation of the Montessori philosophy in our children's programs
To succeed in this role, you will require:
\- Relevant qualifications as approved by ACECQA\
- Current Working with Children Check/ VIT registration\
- First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificate or willingness to complete
