Front of House Gaming Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Gaming Team Member to join our team. As a key part of our gaming floor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding service, working effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong communication skills. In return, we offer a unique opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in a dynamic and supportive team.

This is a casual position, with availability required on evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have excellent organisational and time management skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certifications
