Job Description:

We are seeking a Merchandise Specialist to join our national team, representing one of our key client partners.

About the Role:
  • As a Merchandise Specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising clients' products within grocery, discount department, and petrol channels.
  • You will create point of sale displays, complete planograms, and ensure products are well-stocked and maintained.
  • You will negotiate shelf space with managers to leverage market share.
  • You will develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores.
  • You will hold and utilize stock and point of sale sent to you.
  • You will report accurate data upon the completion of each visit and provide feedback.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales within FMCG (particularly grocery stores) is highly desired.
  • You have strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills.
  • You have a hunger to make a difference in your territory and achieve sales results.
  • You must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable car.
  • You should have excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
  • You should be able to competently use technology.
