Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness.
- Maintain up-to-date data on care worker information, including contracted hours and availability.
- Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration.
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre operations.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
