The Roster Coordinator role at HammondCare is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Scheduler in the South Region.
This temporary 12-month full-time position requires an experienced Roster Coordinator to manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and fairness while maintaining care worker contracted hours.
About the Role
- The Roster Coordinator will work closely with the centralised support team to provide scheduling services to all HammondAtHome areas, efficiently managing and administering client and staff schedules.
- This role involves actively participating as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness, whilst maintaining care worker contracted hours.
- Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
- Provide scheduling services to all HammondAtHome areas, working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
