Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Bupa Dental Capri. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental treatment.
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the dental team.
- 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Passionate about customer service and patient care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Maintaining an orderly environment, with a knack for systematic approaches and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and cheerful attitude.
