Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced risk professional to play a key role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving our Enterprise Risk Management and Assurance Frameworks.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on risk and assurance, leveraging industry benchmarks, regulatory expectations, and data-driven insights to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on risk and assurance
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and embed improvements in the Risk Management System
  • Coach and mentor risk professionals to build organisational capability and embed a strong risk culture
  • Deliver complex reports and insights using large datasets
  • Present reports and insights to various levels of management

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in risk and assurance within a large, complex organisation
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor risk professionals
  • Advanced skills in influencing, negotiating, and consulting with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • High-level experience in providing strategic advice on risk and assurance
  • Expertise in designing and implementing digital solutions for risk, assurance, and compliance management
  • Experience in managing project milestones and deliverables independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets to produce complex reports and actionable insights
