About the Lead/Principal Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager and Technical Director to lead our team in one of our large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership across all project issues, directing client and stakeholder interaction, and participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and other key activities.

  • This role requires a strong background in mechanical or process engineering, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
  • A proven track record of external stakeholder management and commercial workstream interface is essential.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership across all project issues.
  • Direct client and stakeholder interaction, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and other key activities, applying your technical expertise to drive project success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Technical leadership experience of medium to large multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Experience with hydrogen or hydrocarbon projects, including stakeholder management and commercial interfaces.
