Job Description

We are seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our team. As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for scheduling assessments and prioritizing tasks as required, while providing exceptional customer service to clients or stakeholders.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling assessments and communicating scheduling changes to clients and assessors
  • Matching assessments with assessors who have the appropriate skills and availability
  • Ensuring accurate data entry while adhering to comments or alerts
  • Providing administrative support to ACAS staff

You will work closely with our ACAS team to ensure seamless coordination of assessments and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Scheduling/rostering experience preferred
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
  • A high degree of computer competency
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service both to internal and external stakeholders
