Compassionate Healthcare Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, incorporating best practice and critical thinking skills.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and competencies in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prioritise and organise workload to deliver care with integrity and accountability.
Selection Criteria / Qualifications:
- Current Registration with a relevant professional body as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies and knowledge in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective clinical communication through IT, written and verbal means, with sound interpersonal skills.
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualised, person-centred care with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care; willingness to show leadership and embrace change in care coordination and delivery.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including engagement in professional development and maintenance of competence and skills.
