**Career Opportunity in Veterinary Nursing Management**

We are seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to take on a leadership role at our clinic.

As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day success of the clinic, overseeing operations including stock management, team development and client care.

- You will lead and develop our team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring excellent patient care
- You will be responsible for managing KPIs, driving business growth through marketing initiatives and delivering outstanding customer service
- You will also contribute to nursing duties, including training and mentoring nurses

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Experience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide coaching for team members
- An extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
