Our team is seeking a skilled nursing professional to join us as an Assistant Deputy Director of Operations and Nursing. This role will provide strategic leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.\
Job Description:\
As an Assistant Deputy Director of Operations and Nursing, you will be responsible for managing a component of our program's activities and working closely with the Program leadership team to achieve our goals. You will provide operational support and guidance to ensure the effective delivery of services, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes.\
Required Skills and Qualifications:\
* Essential Registered Nurse with tertiary qualification in healthcare and meets registration requirements with the relevant regulatory body* Experience in nursing management and an understanding of healthcare services and service delivery objectives* A record of achievement in delivering services in accordance with stated performance objectives* Desirable: Holds or is working towards a Master's degree in healthcare or business management* Experience in quality and safety initiatives and patient-centered care* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines*\
