Nurse Leader

The Nurse Leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care within a team environment
- Supervise clinical care of patients under the care of Enrolled Nurses
- Contribute to the achievement of specific KPI's as developed for the ward/unit
Clinical Expertise and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA
- National criminal history check (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience in cardiothoracic, cardiology or surgical specialties
- Post Graduate Qualification in Cardiac or Critical Care (Certificate level or above desirable but not essential)
