**Job Title:** Supply Chain Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist.
**Job Description:
- Provide efficient and accurate support in the management of Defence inventory, equipment, and stores to ensure operational readiness;
- Receive, store, issue, and account for military supplies and equipment in accordance with Defence policies, procedures, and security requirements;
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with APL validation and approval process;
- Conduct ERP Material Master Data Management activities;
- Coordinate receipt and verification of Store Room Items, OAL, and Depot spares from contractors;
- Develop logistics reports;
- Oversee LIMS/ERP entry accuracy;
- Provision guidance and mentoring to project team members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Defence Logistics, warehousing, or Inventory Management (MILIS or ERP);
- Familiarity with Defence Supply Chain systems and security protocol;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
