Procurement Specialist

This role would suit a recent graduate looking to grow and develop their career in procurement.

The successful candidate will be required to source and select suppliers to our business, preparing and executing short-term and long-term contracts.

Effective problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills are essential for this role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are also required.

  • Develop and execute category strategies including negotiation and contracting plans.
  • Support procurement activities and contractual negotiations that directly impact our financial success.
  • Liaise and integrate with stakeholders including finance, prepare required reporting and analysis to deliver the expected outcomes.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers to resolve contractual issues.

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in supply chain and logistics or similar.
  • Previous experience in Procurement / Supply Chain would be advantageous.
  • Project management, time management, and organisation skills are essential for this role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite is also required.
