Job Opportunity for Psychologists and Speech Pathologists

We are seeking experienced Psychologists and Speech Pathologists to join our team in Melbourne and Regional Victoria for a Term 1 2025 assessment service. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to transition from paid employment positions to contracting work and we will support and guide you as part of this transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive and language assessments for students with suspected disabilities attending government schools across Victoria.
  • Support schools' applications for additional supports for these students through the Department of Education and Training's Program for Students with Disabilities and Disability Inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Psychologist with General Registration status with AHPRA, or speech pathologist eligible for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A minimum of 12 months comprehensive experience conducting standardised assessments.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and their families.
  • Experience working within a school setting (preferred, but not essential).
