  • Professional Development:

    • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with trends and best practices in EAL teaching, enhancing your knowledge and skills in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment.
    • Participate in peer observation and mentoring programs to support colleagues in their teaching practice, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

  • Administrative Responsibilities:
