Education institution in Melbourne seeks an experienced English language educator to lead a dynamic team of instructors.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Expert knowledge of the English language and extensive teaching experience

2. A Bachelor Degree or higher from a reputable Australian university

3. Postgraduate qualification in TESOL, such as CELTA or a Bachelor of Education with a TESOL major

This is a contract role requiring a regular 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering high-quality English language instruction to international students

2. Providing leadership and guidance to ensure outstanding learning outcomes

3. Recording student attendance and progress, providing written feedback on assessments, and addressing individual needs

4. Preparing and planning records of each lesson and session

5. Reviewing student progress and outcomes to ensure solid progression and an excellent learning experience

6. Collaborating with the Student Support team to ensure student success

7. Teaching across various courses, levels, and delivery modes

8. Demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
