About The Role- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Process customer enquiries and complaints promptly
- Identify parts and components of various vehicles
- Manage stock control and storage processes
- Conduct transactions via phone, online and face-to-face
- Meet and greet customers with a professional attitude
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle history
- Assist in the delivery of quality customer service
- Ensure the dealership meets its sales targets
- Full-time paid apprenticeship
- Ongoing support from a dedicated mentor
- Secure career in a luxury dealership
- Opportunity for interstate training
- Nationally recognised automotive qualification on completion
