We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Expert to join our team at Equifax, Inc.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs to contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex regulatory landscapes and developing effective solutions to mitigate risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive regulatory compliance program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Legal, Operations, and product teams to ensure timely and efficient compliance services.
Collaborate with the Head of Privacy and General Counsel to support the implementation of the regulatory compliance program.
Provide regular reports on compliance status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Analyze industry developments and emerging trends to identify potential compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience as a regulatory affairs professional in an enterprise environment.
Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and developing effective solutions to mitigate risk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience working with industry regulators, such as ACCC, OAIC, and ASIC, is highly desirable.
