Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive regulatory compliance program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Legal, Operations, and product teams to ensure timely and efficient compliance services.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Privacy and General Counsel to support the implementation of the regulatory compliance program.

  • Provide regular reports on compliance status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.

  • Analyze industry developments and emerging trends to identify potential compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a regulatory affairs professional in an enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and developing effective solutions to mitigate risk.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Experience working with industry regulators, such as ACCC, OAIC, and ASIC, is highly desirable.
