Join a thriving community church in Rockingham, Western Australia, as we seek an Associate Minister for Formation & Community.

This key pastoral role reports to and serves alongside the Senior Minister to see the word of Christ dwell richly among us.

The successful candidate will be a passionate follower of Jesus, equipped to build, lead, and equip ministry teams, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and pastorally.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Loves Jesus deeply and lives out their faith with humility and conviction
  • Holds a degree in theology from an evangelical theological college
  • Fulfils the character qualifications outlined for elders in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
  • Has a proven ability to build, lead, and equip ministry teams
  • Communicates clearly and pastorally, with emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
  • Thrives in a collaborative team culture marked by grace, accountability, and servant-heartedness
