Job Title: Cellar Person

Job Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Cellar Person. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our stockroom and cellar, ensuring that our bars are fully operational and that our stock is received, handled, stored, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Receive and dispatch deliveries, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Internal Orders: Deliver internal orders to relevant departments and managers.
  • Liaising with Suppliers: Liaise with various suppliers and staff in regards to purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Documentation: Ensure all deliveries are effectively documented as per Panthers procedures.
  • Beer Keg Banks: Set up and maintain beer keg banks.
  • Room Setup and Pack Down: Assist with event room setup and pack down as per floorplans.
  • Stock Checks: Assist with stock checks when required.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform weekly beer line cleaning procedures, maintain the receiving dock area, and maintain beer reticulation system and post mix equipment.
  • General Duties: Perform general cleaning and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous 2 years' experience in cellar and store work.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Computing Skills: Basic to intermediate computing skills.
  • Certifications: RSA & RCG Certificate.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver's License: Current NSW Driver's License.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. They will be expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
