About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
