**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to lead our sales team. As a key account sales director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the performance of all employees within the sales business units and projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience working with rotating equipment or within the sealing industry.
  • At least 10+ years of extensive and proven experience in a technical sales management capacity, with a strong knowledge of contract pricing, negotiation, and structures.
  • A proven track record of setting, reviewing, and measuring individual KPIs in accordance with business objectives.
  • The ability to lead process and cultural change, promote continuous improvement, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
