Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team as a Wind Turbine Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) duties, assisting with wind turbine servicing and blade repair services, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality work practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform LOTO duties for site work to ensure the safe operation of wind turbines.
  • Assist with wind turbine servicing and blade repair services using rope access or other elevated work platform technologies.
  • Maintain tooling and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with standards.
  • Support operations with tooling, up-tower repair, maintenance, and inspection.

Requirements:

  • Current Vestas Level D Service or equivalent LOTO Certification(s).
  • Full GWO's is desirable.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Effective communicator - works well in team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to a dynamic environment.
