About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategy, sustainability, and systems change for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) across some of the world's most under-served communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead bold change by helping set the strategic direction of a fast-evolving NGO working at the intersection of health, rights, and gender equity.
- Contribute your expertise to strengthen resilience, partnerships, and impact.
- Be part of a values-aligned, supportive team with a shared vision for social justice.
- Champion choice and bodily autonomy in a time of global backlash.
- Governance and strategy – board or executive-level experience in guiding mission-driven organisations.
- Fundraising and partnerships – including philanthropy, major gifts, or income diversification.
- Finance and risk management – financial oversight, audit, investment, or enterprise risk management.
We strongly encourage candidates with an understanding of SRHR, locally led development, and global health to apply.
What is Involved- Attend quarterly board meetings (online or in person – at least one in person annually).
- Join working groups or committees based on your expertise.
- Support fundraising and advocacy efforts as a public champion of our work.
