
Promoting Student Success through Evidence-Based Educational Psychology

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including students, parents, and school leadership.
- This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective psychological services and programs to support student wellbeing and educational outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with school leadership and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa with work rights.
- Provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- A current Working With Children Check and Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing school psychology services and programs in an educational environment.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to identify issues, assess risks, develop interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
