Senior Lecturer Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lecturer to join our academic team in Western Australia. This is a full-time position that involves teaching, curriculum development, and assessing clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching and developing innovative curricula, assessment materials, and units in the Master of Professional Psychology program
  • Assessing didactic material and clinical skills to prepare students for placements and work as psychologists
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Masters or Doctoral degree qualification in Psychology
  • Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA)
  • Approval as a supervisor for higher degree psychology trainees by the PsyBA
  • Demonstrated emerging excellence in curriculum development, innovative teaching, and assessment
  • Proven experience in leading public engagement activities promoting research and/or education outcomes
