About the Job

The Learning & Capability function operates at a group-wide level, consisting of driven learning and capability professionals who work collaboratively with People Partners and divisional key stakeholders to execute people experience and culture, and learning solutions. The team will design and execute learning and capability learning strategies that enhance knowledge, develop organisational capabilities, foster a culture of curiosity and enrich the organisation.

The pathway for professional development from beginner to mastery can take upward of 12-18+ months. This role is part of a best-in-breed broker induction training program - designed to deliver foundational skill competencies and capabilities required to set up a successful career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a structured national 8-week Aussie Broker Graduation Program for Distribution - the core sales organisation.
  • Support the delivery of business knowledge, mortgage lending and credit competencies across a diverse panel of lenders, focusing on customer experience, systems, processes and sales support teams.
  • Work collaboratively with future sales leaders throughout the 8-week program to build the foundational skills required for success before embarking on a Skills Competency journey.
  • Evaluate key KPIs and metrics required to graduate into future sales teams, and provide an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Get to Be Part Of

  • Collaborate with L&C and Distribution leads to deliver a Graduate Program for new brokers joining the Mobile channel that is in alignment with organisational competencies and divisional objectives.
  • Focused on systems usage, process enablement, customer qualification, sales skills, analysis, presentation of risk to lender, compliance and customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the business in the design and delivery of divisional learning & development and capability programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a corporate Learning, development & Capability management role within a sales organisation with direct responsibility for developing and operationalising learning and capability programs.
  • Background in the home loan lending space as either a broker or lender.
