The Role

Are you looking to kick-start your career in fund operations and finance? We're representing a growing financial services business that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team in a role that blends administration, operations, and fund accounting.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across both finance and fund operations. You'll be involved in refining internal processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the core activities of a dynamic funds management environment.

The Role

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating the fund registry
  • Managing payments and transaction processing
  • Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Assisting with fund reporting and compliance documentation
  • Supporting unit pricing and ensuring data accuracy
  • Contributing to client onboarding and transitions
  • Leveraging technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows

About You

You'll bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in funds management.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting (or currently completing)
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Prior fund administration/accounting experience (preferred but not essential)
