Job Title: Associate Director, Graduate Research School

Our team is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of services across the Higher Degree Research lifecycle. As an Associate Director in our Graduate Research School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of research and higher education.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering a seamless, client-focused HDR experience to candidates and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across faculties, schools, and professional units to embed innovative systems, streamline operations, and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams with a client-first mindset.
  • Expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends.
