Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine project scope in collaboration with business and ICT teams, based on approved briefs and cost assessments.
  • Manage and negotiate access to ICT resources within a matrixed organization.
  • Develop essential project management documentation, including ICT Delivery Plans, Change Requests, status reports, financial forecasts, and risk management registers.
  • Facilitate the evaluation and endorsement of technical documents such as user and functional specifications.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing risks, issues, and conflicts among ICT teams and between ICT and business units.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Agile Project Management within IT Project Delivery and Consulting, particularly in Defence or Federal Government sectors.
  • Active NV1 Security Clearance is a prerequisite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate and adapt to change effectively.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of individuals.
