About the role
The primary function of this position is to deliver clinical and leadership services as a social worker in diverse settings.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will provide clinical interventions for patients with complex diseases and strategies for optimal patient care.
You will promote, maintain, and improve the health, functional ability, and quality of life of patients through effective psychosocial assessments and interventions.
About you
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in delivering social work clinical services using well-developed psychosocial assessments and intervention skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision to meet CPD hours set by relevant professional associations.
- Competence in professional clinical practice, adherence to defined service standards, and management of complex patient care.
- Effective written communication skills, including psychosocial assessments, correspondence with service providers, and clinical reports.
- Competence in communication, negotiation, consultation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with other professionals.
Mandatory Requirements
- Vaccinated against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in the relevant health directive.
