Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering official engagements and events for the Governor of New South Wales, their spouse, and the Official Secretary.

  • Research engagement opportunities and develop visit programs
  • Prepare event briefing materials and manage guest lists
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and brief the Vice Regal party
  • Occasionally serve as Master of Ceremonies

This is a unique opportunity to support the work of the State's most senior office. Agility, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are essential for success in this role.
