Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the learning process within the hotel, ensuring that all learning and development activities are aligned with the culture, values, and strategy of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Plan Development
    • Assist in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel's goals and strategic plan.
  • Training Needs Analysis
    • Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members.
  • Training Delivery
    • Initiate, coordinate, deliver, and follow-up on all training activities within the hotel.
  • Partnerships and Relationships
    • Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies, and academic councils related to the hospitality industry.
  • Training Records
    • Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management or similar.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience; Maldives experience will be an advantage.
  • Skills
    • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language; additional foreign language will be an advantage.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, training skills; well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
