**Key Responsibilities**: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Western Australia.

This role is Monday-to-Friday with occasional Saturday shifts, working 38 hours per week. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this position.

Job Requirements:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting customers with their medical equipment needs. Your duties will include setting up, maintaining, and ensuring high-quality therapy for our customers.

You will also be responsible for managing stock levels, reordering stock as needed, and maintaining the cleanliness of the retail premises and displays.

To Succeed in This Role:

Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role is preferred but not required. To be successful, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
