We're looking for a Compliance Manager to assist in managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, including funds management, corporate advisory, and investment managers. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from large retail licensees to small boutique wholesale licensees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing, managing, and updating AFSL compliance frameworks, compliance obligations, monitoring, and controls for our clients.
  • Preparing and reviewing compliance reporting to Boards and Committees.
  • Providing guidance on ASIC Regulatory requirements as they apply to AFS and ACL licensee obligations.
  • Assisting clients with meeting their compliance obligations, including quarterly reports, policy reviews, compliance advice, risk management frameworks, and audit support.
