Job Title:

A Technical Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of medical imaging equipment. This position involves fostering strong relationships with customers, leveraging technical expertise to deliver exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality.

This role encompasses various aspects including Radiopharmacy, CT scans, Molecular Imaging, and X-ray services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure medical equipment to meet customer requirements while adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure seamless operation.
  • Address customer queries and resolve technical issues promptly, aligning with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Prioritize and complete Field Modification Instructions efficiently.
Quality Focus:
  • Stay abreast of and adhere to the Quality Management System, Quality Manual, and relevant laws and regulations governing this role.
  • Identify and report any customer quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency and willingness to work on medical imaging products.
  • Relevant education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technician, or equivalent electrical trade.
  • Necessary licenses as required by Federal or State Legislation (e.g., Electrical/Radiation Licenses), Work Cards (e.g., White Card) and Australian Driver's license (Class C minimum).
