Job Details

Job Title: Oceania Intercompany Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Oceania Intercompany Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating import and export activities, including buying and selling from affiliates, for the Australia and New Zealand market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchase requirements and intercompany sales orders through SAP following the correct procedure.
  • Coordinate shipping activities, ensuring that suppliers and forwarder companies provide the required shipping documents in a timely manner.
  • Manage direct delivery shipments from suppliers directly to customer sites, working closely with appointed freight forwarder companies.
  • Establish mutual relationships with affiliate suppliers and buyers to ensure punctual delivery and accurate item fulfillment.
  • Continuously work closely with appointed forwarder companies to ensure delivery as promised.
  • Arrange deliveries, managing warehouse teams on receiving shipments.
  • Arrange and drive weekly calls with suppliers and buyers.
  • Discuss issues with IT teams when facing problems with SAP/systems and find more efficient solutions for current processes.
  • Involve in import and export (sea freight) forwarder selection processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in related fields.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
  • Strong communication skills for building relations with relevant parties.
  • Ability to speak and write English professionally.
  • Analytical skills in numbers, especially Excel.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive approach when facing issues.
  • Good leadership skills.
