About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for investment performance to join our team in delivering high-quality analytics services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver performance, attribution, and analytics services across various asset management businesses.
  • Measure daily, monthly, and ad-hoc performance and attribution for distribution teams.
  • Resolve issues with security analytics and attribution results.
  • Build dashboards and reporting formats to meet objectives.
  • Provide relevant insights on drivers of return with Perpetual's portfolios.

About You:

You'll bring an undergraduate degree in data analytics, actuarial, engineering, business, commerce, mathematics, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded. At least 1 year's experience in performance, analytics, or related roles is required.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and instruments.
