Job Summary

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Fulton Hogan. We seek a skilled professional to oversee road infrastructure projects across South Australia, providing on-the-job skill development and coaching to drive career growth.

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage multiple projects, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Daily cost tracking budgets and cost forecasts to understand cost-to-complete.
  • Liaise with community, council, and service authorities to facilitate project progression.
  • Identify, capture, and issue variations and EOTs as necessary.
  • Provide solutions to design and constructability issues, considering stakeholder interests and delivery team objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification in Engineering (Civil).
  • At least 5 years' experience in project delivery across mid-to-large-scale civil projects.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder interests.
  • Professional acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a solid track record of performance.
  • A strong safety focus and flexibility to operate between numerous projects.

About the Role

This full-time position is based in South Australia, with regular travel to various projects regionally. You will work closely with our experienced team, developing your skills and contributing to the success of our business. Estimated Salary Package:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
